Components We Can Support

We do not build complete drones. We focus on repeatable precision metal components that require stable machining, tight process control, and reliable Taiwan-based supply.

Motor / Transmission

  • Motor shafts
  • Transmission shafts
  • Small precision sleeves
  • Balancing parts

Frame / Structure

  • Aluminum standoffs
  • Spacers and collars
  • Folding arm pins
  • Locking components

Propeller / Gimbal

  • Propeller hubs
  • Gimbal shafts
  • Pivot pins
  • Camera mount parts

Connectors / Fasteners

  • Precision connector parts
  • Custom M2–M6 threaded parts
  • Brass terminals
  • Stainless fittings

Machining Capabilities

ProcessSwiss-type CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping, cross-hole and compound machining
Diameter RangeBest fit: Ø3.0–25mm small precision components
MaterialsAluminum alloys, stainless steel, carbon/alloy steel, brass/copper alloys; other materials by drawing
Production FitPrototype-to-batch and repeat-order production; especially suitable for small turned parts
DocumentsFirst article confirmation, inspection records, material/spec review by request
Best fit: drawing-based repeatable components. We are not the right supplier for frequent redesign, unclear drawings, or one-off parts that require excessive engineering changes.

Why Taiwan / Why KING HAN

Non-China Backup Source

For teams reducing China-related supply risk, we provide Taiwan-based precision machining support for small metal components.

Swiss-Type Focus

Our equipment mix is built around small-diameter precision production, not general-purpose machining.

Fast Drawing Review

Send 2D/3D drawings and we can review manufacturability, material, quantity, and lead-time requirements.

Quality / Traceability / Documentation

Quality Controls for Supply-Chain Buyers

For UAV and defense-related component buyers, the important question is not only whether a part can be machined — it is whether the supplier can keep production stable, inspect consistently, and provide clear records when required.

Incoming Requirement Review

Before quotation, we review drawing revision, material grade, critical dimensions, thread specs, surface finish, heat treatment/plating notes, and annual/monthly demand.

First Article Confirmation

For new parts, we can confirm first-off dimensions before mass production and align inspection points with the customer’s drawing requirements.

Batch Inspection Records

Inspection records can be prepared by request for key dimensions, threads, hole positions, and customer-defined critical features.

Material / Lot Traceability

Material certificates and lot traceability can be discussed by project requirement. For critical parts, please specify documentation needs during RFQ.

Note: We do not claim aerospace certification or military-grade compliance unless a specific certification/document is available for the project. Our positioning is honest: Taiwan-based precision machining support and backup sourcing for small metal components.
RFQ Workflow

How We Review Drone / Defense Parts

Drawing & Requirement Check

2D/3D drawing, material, quantity, tolerance, surface treatment, and required documents.

Manufacturability Review

We check whether the part fits Swiss-type CNC turning/milling and identify difficult tolerance, burr, thread, or secondary-process risks.

Quotation & Lead Time

We quote based on material, cycle time, tooling, inspection needs, and batch quantity.

First Article / Batch Production

After first article confirmation, we proceed with repeatable batch production and agreed inspection records.

Photo Evidence Plan

Real Photo Requirements

For drone, defense, and aerospace-related buyers, real photos matter. We will not use AI-generated machine images as proof because technical buyers can recognize them and it damages trust.

Must Shoot

  • Swiss-type CNC machines on the shop floor
  • Close-up of spindle/tooling area
  • Finished shafts, spacers, pins, threaded parts
  • Caliper/micrometer/gauge inspection shots

Nice to Have

  • Material bars with labels
  • Parts arranged by lot/batch
  • Packaging before shipment
  • Any inspection report sample with sensitive info hidden

Do Not Use

  • AI-generated factory images
  • Stock photos pretending to be our factory
  • Customer drawings or confidential parts
  • Messy workbench shots with private data

RFQ / Supplier Inquiry

If you have UAV, defense, electronics, optical, or industrial components that need a Taiwan-based machining source, send drawings and annual/monthly quantity for review.
